By joining the Case Club, you are agreeing to purchase a minimum of two cases per year of membership. You are agreeing that Waterbrook Winery is authorized to process the payments for said wine club allotment two times a year (Spring & Fall) on your card on file. You are agreeing to a one year minimum commitment to the Case Club, after one year has lapsed since the date of sign up, you may cancel at any time.
Members who do not meet their yearly Wine Club commitment will be auto-canceled from the Case Club and be reverted to "Customer" status. Each customer will receive a renewal email notifying them 60 days and 7 days in advance of upcoming renewal date for membership.
