2020 ICON Chardonnay
Aromatics of coconut and burnt sugar lead to flavors of caramel apple with a hint of pineapple. This is a fairly lean wine and finishes with wet stone, toasted oak and barely ripe pear. This clean wine has a soft texture and can be enjoyed with lean meats, pasta salads (alfredo sauce style), chicken salad sandwiches, mild hard cheeses and most dishes with cream sauces.
