2017 ICON Syrah
This dark and thick Syrah has flavors of blueberry and huckleberry. There is an aroma of lightly toasted oak and silky tannins, finishing with sweet raspberry and oaky flavors. Because of the silky structure of this wine, try pairing it with your favorite stews, oven roasted beef or stuffed pork chops. It would be great with cream sauces and or adult mac and cheese dishes.
