2017 ICON Chardonnay
Aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, and crisp golden apple lead to flavors of ripe pineapple, key lime and melon. Fairly viscous body with bright acidity, sweet minerality, and baked apple on the finish. A perfect pairing for walleye fish tacos, pork loin, beet salads, steamer clams, or any breaded fish. Pairs well with smoked cheeses as well.
